A great deal of Victorian or near-Victorian costuming was about at this event, which drew about 60 people, all dressed up and rearing to party.A staggering number of costumes were custom-crafted by the wearers, and the overall balance was about 50% theme, 30%humor, and 20% other.We used the enormously versatile Modified Formal rules, which we had originally assembled at ConTraption 1999, and was readily adopted by the masq. mistress, Tiff Stanley.Cumulative Points scoring has officially been worked into the Guild. The six prize winners now have a record of their conquests at the Guild, and with any luck there will be an incentive cobbled together soon.
